Chapter 17 to Hold 2nd Meeting in Calexico on June 20th 2013

Chapter 17 officers will hold the 2nd meeting in Imperial Valley on June 20th, 2013 in Calexico.  We will meet at the Family Style Buffet – 222 E. Cole Road, Calexico 92231.  TIME:  11:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Our guest speaker will be:  Frank G. Salazar, Special Assistant to State Senator Ben Hueso, 40th District.

Join us in a discussion on how to further our agenda in Imperial Valley, establish criteria for leadership roles for the sub chapter, recruitment ideas and fielding ideas and objectives from the members.

This is our 2nd meeting in the area so it provides the members the opportunity to get in on the start of something big.

REMEMBER:  All former state employees who have retired from state service are eligible for membership is California State Retirees, Inc.  Regardless of bargaining unit, or employee group they belonged to. Membership applications will be available at the meeting.
