CHAPTER 17 MEMBER MEETING

WHEN:  THURSDAY – April 2nd – Doors open at 10:30 am Meeting 11:00 to 2:00

COST: $10.00 per person

Go to parking lot behind the building.  Entrance to room is at back of building with a parking lot. 

LONG TERM CARE

At the recent CSR Health Benefits Meeting R. Gray Scott from CalPERS talked about Long Term Care and the transition that needs to be made.  Three things of importance:

1. Should have received a letter regarding rate increases
2. In April you will get another letter with information on how to avoid the rate increases.
3. There is a toll free number you can call to get your questions answered. 800 – 982-1775. It is a General Service number and they will direct you to who you need to talk to.

DELEGATE ELECTION BALLOTS COMING

Ballots for Chapter 17 Delegates will be mailed out by April 20th.  They must be returned to Headquarters by May 20th.  We are entitled to 7 delegates, the President will fill one position.  You will vote for 6 people on the ballot.

Watch your mail and be sure and vote.
